RLC Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

By submitting this form and participating in the Kingdom Alliance Affiliate Program, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

1. Independent Affiliate Relationship

As an affiliate, you are an independent contractor, not an employee, representative, or agent of Kingdom Alliance Inc. You are solely responsible for your own taxes, licenses, and compliance with local laws.

2. Commission Eligibility

You will receive a commission for qualified referrals who enroll in eligible Kingdom Alliance programs or memberships using your unique affiliate link or code. Commission is only earned when:

• The referral results in a successful payment (either in full or at least 50% of an approved installment plan), and

• The transaction is not refunded, canceled, or disputed.

3. Payout Terms

Commission payments are issued monthly via the payment method on file, once eligibility conditions are met. There is a minimum payout threshold of $100. If not reached, earnings will roll over to the next month.

4. Prohibited Activities

Affiliates may not:

• Engage in deceptive or misleading marketing.

• Make income claims or unauthorized representations about Kingdom Alliance.

• Use spam, unauthorized paid ads, or misleading tactics to generate leads.

Violation may result in immediate removal from the program and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

5. Use of Branding

You may only use approved Kingdom Alliance logos, graphics, and content as provided. You may not alter or misrepresent branding or present yourself as an official representative of the Company.

6. Confidentiality

Any non-public information provided to you about commissions, products, or internal strategy must be kept confidential unless expressly permitted in writing.

7. Termination

Kingdom Alliance reserves the right to terminate your participation in the Affiliate Program at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, unpaid commissions for unqualified referrals may be forfeited.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued participation in the program after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

Affiliate Participation Rights

Participation in the Radiant Leadership Coach Affiliate Program is subject to approval. We reserve the right to approve or deny any application at our sole discretion, with or without cause or explanation.

We further reserve the right to terminate or suspend any affiliate's participation in the program at any time, for any reason or no reason, including but not limited to violation of our policies, misuse of affiliate links, inappropriate conduct, or activities we deem to be detrimental to our brand, reputation, or operations.

Termination of this agreement will result in the forfeiture of any unpaid commissions generated after the termination date and the disabling of all affiliate links and assets. Affiliates agree to cease all promotion of our products or services upon termination.

By applying to or participating in the program, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
